This is novel whose central character starts out as a strange obsessive-compulsive person who gradually grows on you. This is multi universe novel with a strange twist, that the front cover does not represent well I think. Half way through I found myself glued to this book and it easily held me to its interesting ending. A stand alone novel, its nice to read a SF book which is not an obvious forerunner to a series.
